Regardless of why you need/want an evaluation, all of my evaluations include assessing for:
- Substance use disorder
- Mental Health (Co-Occurring/suicidal ideation)
- Anger Management, and
- Domestic Violence
- For DUI evaluations, I substitute a DWI assessment for the DV assessment.
- For any evaluation related to a legal issue that also involved drug/alcohol use, a urine analysis is mandatory and included.
And, if necessary, includes calls/emails back and forth to you and your lawyer or place of employment, partner, etc., 2 collateral contacts and monthly reports to a probation officer.
The cost is $800.00.
